Description: Nepenthes albomarginata is a carnivorous pitcher plant that seems to specialize in trapping termites. Termites are lured to the edge of the pitchers by a ring of edible white hairs, and many termites fall in and are digested, providing the plant with nitrogen and other nutrients.
