Herb with shoots to 1.3 m, leaves green.  
Infl. terminal on leafy shoots. 
Bracts spiral, upper sterile bracts white with purple apices, lower bracts green with purple apices.  
Flowers: corolla cream, labellum yellow with deep yellow central stripe.
