Description: Decumbent subshrub, usually appearing herbaceous when grown in the greenhouse, branches to about 30cm high; leaves to about 4cm long, pinnately cut into linear segments, stipules leafy; flowers fragrant, 1-2, on long, slender, bracted peduncles, petals yellow, to 1cm long.

Blooms late winter to spring.

19MAR2018 - Strong superficial resemblance to Hermannia pulchella per photos and rough descriptions on various internet sites, but only moderate confidence in accuracy of those sources.  Retaining H. verticillata labelling for now.
